Netball Northern Zone is seeking a Team Manager for the 2026 Northern Marvels campaign, competing in the National Netball League.   The primary purpose of this role is to oversee logistics, administration, communication, and operational management. You will work closely with the Northern Mystics Team Operations Manager, the Northern Marvels Head Coach, and the wider management team to drive the success of the campaign and support the Netball Northern performance program.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of internal and external communication, ensuring clear and effective information flow between all key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing the program’s finances, logistics, and operational needs, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and on time.

Additionally, you will play a key role in reinforcing the team’s values, culture, and expectations, ensuring these are consistently communicated and understood across all levels, and contributing to the overall success of the campaign.

If you exhibit high standards, have a team first attitude, strong communication skills, are well planned and organised, you are willing to lead and to be held accountable, can deal with pressure, and have a good understanding of the role of a team manager we would love to hear from you.

Attendance at team trainings and games is a key element of the role. Trainings are predominately held in West Auckland, during weekends and outside of the hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Games are played on Saturdays and Sundays. There will be a requirement to travel with the team to away games. The duration of the commitment is approximately 7 months, between February and August.
